A Taste of China is pleased to present our sixteenth annual spring seminars in taiji weapons, featuring Master Helen Wu, one of our most popular instructors. Master Helen Wu is the author of Chi-Kung, Tai-Chi and Fan: A Step-by-Step Training Course for Wellness and Personal Development. In this textbook, published in 2007, she presents her teaching methods as an integrated system, providing the practical and the theoretical platforms of a complete training program. She brings this same approach to us personally during the qigong and fan seminars.
